We are incredibly lucky to have the means of staying connected online, even during these difficult times. Games such as chess and the ever popular Scrabble can be played online with friends using apps available on both Android and Apple devices. Readers and movie goers alike are simply spoilt for choice with a world of e-books, movies and TV shows all available online through our public library systems as well as a range of subscription services (such as Audible and Scribd). If you’re still undecided on what your next read should be, checkout one of our favourite sites Bookbub which sends you a regular email with a list of handpicked recommended e-books in your selected genres that are currently free or on sale.

Satisfy your curiosity by taking a virtual museum tour, where you can explore some of the world’s most incredible displays (including the Louvre!) without having to leave your home. Take a stroll through Melbourne’s famous zoo and spy on some of your favourite animal enclosures, including the giraffe exhibit, snow leopards, lions and of course, the charismatic penguins!
