It is standard practise to order approximately 10% extra tiles to allow for cuts and wastage but some tiles may require more depending on style, shape and pattern of tile. Please calculate your required quantities carefully as refunds cannot be given for left over tiles. If unsure please contact us and we can guide you.
Colours / Image / Info Disclaimer
We take every effort to ensure that product images, colours and information provided on the website are all accurate. Colour of products may vary due to the light settings where the photo was taken, different device screen settings and batching variation. If you are unsure please order a sample prior to placing an order.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
In the event your order is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours (or next business day) to advise lead-time or offer an alternative.
If your order exceeds 750kg we will contact you within 24 hours to advise delivery fees.
Large size panel tiles usually incur an extra delivery charge therefore we will contact you to advise delivery fees.
Tile orders can be picked up from our Heidelberg warehouse. When your order is ready our warehouse manager will contact you to arrange a pick up time.
If for some reason the courier is unable to deliver your order due to absent receiver, additional fees to re-deliver will be passed onto the purchaser of tiles.
Courier will make attempt to deliver goods inside property but will most likely be curb side. Smaller orders will most likely be delivered to front door depending on weight of order and discretion of courier driver.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure tiles are safe and protected from weather once order has been delivered.
Capital City Metro Areas
Capital City metro areas are calculated from city centre and includes up to a 40km radius. For example Melbourne metro area is calculated from Federation Square (Flinders Street Melbourne) and includes all suburbs within 40 kms.
The 40km radius applies to all Australian capital cities.

Pricing TBC – delivery to a depot in my capital city
If you live in a regional area you may already be accustomed to picking up deliveries from a capital city depot rather than paying a premium to deliver to your door. If you are happy to drive to a depot to pick up your order please supply details and our warehouse manager will be in contact with you.
What to do once you receive your order
Inspect your tiles upon delivery.
Check for correct product, quantity, breakages etc.
Any discrepancies, please report within 2 days.
Returns / Exchanges / Cancellation
Once you receive your order please inspect your tiles ASAP and contact us immediately if there are any faults or other issues.
Please choose carefully as cancellation / refunds cannot be given for change of mind once we have received your order.
Returns / Exchanges / Cancellation can be given only if following conditions are met:
- Your request has been approved by a Perini team member
- The same batch is in stock
- Cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order on the website
- Returns within 2 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by customer back to our Heidelberg warehouse
- Customer incurs 20% handling fee
- All returns for exchange must be entire quantity. Partial returns and leftover tiles will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Special Order tiles cannot be returned or exchanged
Samples of our tiles are available for you to take home and test with other colours, finishes etc. Up to 5 samples are free to pick up in-store or can be delivered to your door for a $25 courier fee (up to 5 samples), which is refundable with future tile order. Sample tiles are approx. 100mm x 100mm in size.
