Delivery, Returns & Info



It is standard practise to order approximately 10% extra tiles to allow for cuts and wastage. If unsure please contact us and we can guide you.

Please calculate your required quantities carefully as refunds cannot be given for left over tiles. If unsure please contact us and we can guide you.

Delivery Times

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

In the event your order is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours to advise lead-time or offer an alternative.

If your order exceeds 350kg we will contact you within 24 hours to advise delivery fees.

Large size panel tiles usually incur an extra delivery charge therefore we will contact you to advise delivery fees.

Tile orders can be picked up from our Heidelberg warehouse. When your order is ready our warehouse staff will contact you to arrange a pick up time.

If some reason the courier is unable to deliver your order due to absent receiver, additional fees to re-deliver will be passed onto the purchaser of tiles.

Courier will make attempt to deliver goods inside property but will most likely be curb side. Smaller orders will most likely be delivered to front door depending on weight of order and discretion of courier driver.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure tiles are safe and protected from weather once order has been delivered.

The following delivery times are guides only. As we use external courier services we cannot guarantee any delays on their behalf.

What to do once you receive your order

Inspect your tiles upon delivery.

Check for correct product, quantity, breakages etc.

Any discrepancies, please report within 2 days.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellation

Once you receive your order please inspect your tiles ASAP and contact us immediately if there are any faults or other issues.

Please choose carefully as cancellation / refunds cannot be given for change of mind once we have received your order

Exchanges can be given only if following conditions are met:

  • Exchange has been approved by a Perini team member
  • The same batch is in stock
  • Within 7 days of delivery
  • Return shipping is to be arranged and paid for by customer back to our Heidelberg warehouse
  • Customer incurs 20% handling fee
  • All returns for exchange must be entire quantity. Partial returns and leftover tiles will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Special Order tiles cannot be returned or exchanged


Samples can be purchased for all our tiles. The charge is 5 samples for $15. Sample size is approx. 100mm x 100mm in size.
