Bathroom Design and Construct
Perini Bathroom Design & Construct is an award winning complete bathroom design and construction service.
John Perini has been a Registered Building Practitioner for over 25 years. He has won The Australian Tile Council award for Innovative use of Tiles and Best Residential Ceramic Tile Application. John will work with you to incorporate your ideas into the final design and personally supervises all facets from demolition to final handover of your completed bathroom.
Expert advice is provided on the selection of appliances, vanities, bathroom tiling and custom built joinery for your particular requirements. We work only with qualified electricians, plumbers and tradespeople to a tight 'project managed' schedule, and provide a guarantee on all completed work.
We are happy to come to your home to discuss your vision and turn it into reality. Our initial call out fee is $175+gst and we will provide you with a 1 hour consultation to discuss all aspects of the project, provide advice on the best solution and give you an approximate estimate for the project. This fee is payable upon making an appointment.
If you are happy with our ideas we would then proceed to the next step. We will design an accurate floorplan including detailed elevations, list all tap and sanitary ware and provide you with a written quote to complete the project. The fee for this stage is $450-$900+gst depending on the complexity. Important note: These fees will be deducted from the final project cost.
